Terms of Sale

1.1 These Terms of Sale apply when you purchase products or services from TrustPharm Limited, trading as renewe ("we", "us", or "our"), through www.renewe.uk.

1.2 They should be read together with our Website Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Returns, Refunds & Feedback Policy.

1.3 By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, you must not complete a purchase.

2.1 Orders are fulfilled by TrustPharm Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

2.2 Prescription-only medicines are supplied following a clinical review by a UK-registered prescriber. Treatment is only supplied if it is clinically appropriate.

3.1 You must be 18 or over, completing the consultation for yourself, and providing accurate medical information.

3.2 Completing a questionnaire or adding a product to checkout does not guarantee that treatment will be prescribed or supplied.

3.3 A contract is formed when we confirm that a clinician has approved your treatment and your order has been accepted for supply.

3.4 We may decline, delay, or cancel an order where it is not clinically appropriate, identity cannot be verified, information is incomplete or inaccurate, or we are unable to fulfil the order.

4.1 Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2 You will only be charged if a UK clinician confirms that treatment is suitable, unless we tell you otherwise at checkout.

4.3 Payment is taken using the method you select at checkout. You authorise us (and our payment provider) to charge the selected amount, including any applicable delivery charges.

4.4 If a payment fails, is reversed, or is later found to be unauthorised, we may suspend supply and recover any outstanding amounts.

5.1 We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

5.2 Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address details, or events outside our reasonable control.

5.3 Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

6.1 Your rights to cancel, return, or receive a refund are set out in our Returns, Refunds & Feedback Policy.

6.2 Prescription-only medicines generally cannot be returned once supplied, in line with UK medicines regulations.

6.3 If a clinician decides treatment is not suitable, you will not be charged for that treatment, or you will receive a refund where payment has already been taken.
